We do not accept return of items. We are confident that you will love our pieces and would want to keep them for a very long time. If you are extremely unsatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help you find your perfect fit. We allow exchange of items within 5 days of receiving your order. Replacement must be of the same price as or higher than the replaced item; otherwise, refund for the price differences will automatically be converted into store credit in lieu of original payment method used for the purchase. Purchased items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all original packaging. The value of the item at the time of exchange is the price paid or current selling price, whichever is lower. Please email us at [email protected] so we can process it for you.
Bespoke / custom-made / made-to-order / personalised items are not eligible for exchange. Likewise, items that have been resized, engraved, or modified are not eligible for exchange.
NOTE: The customer takes care of all shipping fees.
Quality is extremely important to us. For damaged or defective products, we allow replacement of items of the same style within 5 days of receiving your order. If you would like to order a piece in a different size or a different product altogether, we will process it as an exchange. To initiate the replacement process, please email us at [email protected] and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.
To be eligible for a replacement or exchange, purchased items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all original packaging.
