Return/Exchange Policy

We do not accept return of items. We are confident that you will love our pieces and would want to keep them for a very long time. If you are extremely unsatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help you find your perfect fit. We allow exchange of items within 7 days of receiving your order. Purchased items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all original packaging. The value of the item at the time of exchange is the price paid or current selling price, whichever is lower. Please email us at hello@sukijewelry.ph so we can process it for you.

Bespoke / custom-made / made-to-order / personalised items are not eligible for exchange. Likewise, items that have been resized, engraved, or modified are not eligible for exchange.

NOTE: The customer takes care of all shipping fees.

Damaged Items

Quality is extremely important to us. For damaged or defective products, we allow replacement of items of the same style within 5 days of receiving your order. If you would like to order a piece in a different size or a different product altogether, we will process it as an exchange. To initiate the replacement process, please email us at hello@sukijewelry.com and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.

To be eligible for a replacement or exchange, purchased items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all original packaging.

NOTE: The customer takes care of all shipping fees.

International Return and Exchange

Please note that return shipping for international orders is the customer’s responsibility and is not covered by SUKI Jewelry. To begin the international return process, please email us at hello@sukijewelry.com.
